Below, see how each industry uses our pressure calibration products.
Calibration is the core of every measurement. YHTC covers the full field of metrology with four proven methods:
Accuracy expectations in this field follow national metrology references such as those maintained by NIST, the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology.
From generator rooms to substations, precise pressure and temperature control keeps power plants efficient and reliable. Typical applications:
Across generators, substations and renewable plants, pressure calibration applications keep readings reliable where a single drift can cost a shutdown.
Petrochemical processes demand the highest measurement accuracy. YHTC calibration systems cover the key scenarios where precision protects both product quality and safety:
In refineries and process plants, pressure calibration applications cover safety valves, pipelines and storage vessels — the points where measurement errors carry the highest risk.
Fire-fighting equipment must work perfectly when it matters most. Regular calibration ensures every system performs reliably in critical moments. Applications include:
For fire protection systems, pressure calibration applications include hydrant mains, sprinkler risers and pump curves — equipment that must work the first time, every time.
Calibrated instruments protect the performance, safety and efficiency of mechanical systems. Key applications:
Safe, reliable transport depends on accurate measurement. YHTC calibrators test and validate the systems that keep vehicles and traffic infrastructure compliant:
An intelligent software platform automates, standardizes and documents medical metrology — ensuring every test result is accurate and traceable. Applications:
Pressure and temperature are critical control parameters for food quality, safety and production efficiency. Tailored applications:
From vacuum to 300 MPa. Our systems cover general pressure gauges, precision gauges, digital pressure gauges, transmitters, sensors and switches — from benchtop units to fully automated laboratories.
Yes. As a factory-direct manufacturer with ISO 9001 certification, we support customized solutions — from module configuration to fully custom systems built around specific instruments or processes.
Typically every 6–12 months. Safety-critical instruments (boilers, pressure vessels, medical oxygen systems) are often subject to fixed legal intervals, while general process gauges follow a risk-based schedule set by your own quality system, based on usage, environment and calibration history.
Yes. Our portable and on-site calibration systems bring the lab to you — ideal for large fixed equipment, minimizing downtime and the risks of transporting sensitive instruments.
Check the four most common causes: (1) low oil level in the tank — refill; (2) damaged or leaking hose fittings — tighten or replace; (3) a worn O-ring in the quick coupling — replace the seal; (4) air trapped in the system — work the charge pump handle repeatedly until the air is purged.
Usually a directional valve that does not return fully, or a positive/negative check valve that fails to re-seat after stroking. Make sure the directional valve stem is fully actuated (never left hanging halfway), inspect the check-valve seats for wear, and verify the spring is not tilted so the valve core slides freely.
Start with five factors: pressure/temperature range, required accuracy class, pressure medium (gas or liquid), number of devices under test, and how much of the test process you want automated. Our engineers will help you match the right YH630 / YH800 series configuration to your actual workload.
Our pressure calibration applications cover 13+ industries, from metrology labs and power plants to food, pharma and automotive lines. Every solution is built on the same modular, factory-direct platform.
