YHTC’s digital pressure gauge line replaces analogue needles with bright, high-contrast readouts and stable electronic sensing. The range runs from intelligent field gauges to a modular digital pressure calibrator that scales up to 250 MPa, so one family covers most of the gauges, transmitters and test rigs you already run.
Each model below links to its full specification page, where you will find the display, connection and output details for that unit.
The current lineup groups into three configurations:
Digital readouts remove the two classic errors of a needle gauge: parallax and over-interpretation.
If the instrument under test is itself a gauge, pair a digital pressure gauge with one of our pressure test & calibration pumps to complete the calibration stand.
Digital gauges also change how the data moves: the reading is a number, so it copies straight into records, certificates and production logs without a second person re-reading a scale. In a lab that runs hundreds of checks a day, that small step is where the time actually comes back.
For the reference side of the workflow, NIST’s overview of pressure and vacuum calibrations is a good plain-language starting point on how calibrated values stay traceable.
Every digital pressure gauge in the range is manufactured by YHTC, an ISO 9001-certified pressure calibration equipment maker in Beijing, and ships with a 12-month warranty.
Send us the medium, the pressure range and the accuracy you need, and we will match the right model. Contact us for the full TC868 specification sheet.
Can the TC868P really reach 250 MPa?
The TC868P is modular: the base instrument is configured with the range module that matches your application, and the range scales up to 250 MPa.
What is the difference between the TC868A and the TC868B?
The TC868A is the intelligent everyday workhorse; the TC868B is the precision variant for tighter-tolerance checks. If your application sits near a limit, ask us and we will confirm the right unit for your accuracy class.
Can a digital pressure gauge replace a manual pump?
No — the gauge reads pressure, the pump or power source creates it. In a test rig the two work together: the pressure source drives the line, the digital pressure gauge reads the result.
