Featuring a two-stage pressurization system, the TC168T combines lever-operated pre-pressurization with screw-type secondary pressurization: the lever builds pressure quickly, then the screw stage takes over for fine adjustment. Equipped with pressure boost, fine adjustment, and return verification valves, it provides precise and stable pressure control with 1 kPa adjustment accuracy and 0.01% F.S. stability, while maintaining reliable leak-resistant performance.
Unlike single-positive hydraulic sources, the TC168T starts below atmospheric pressure: its -0.085 MPa vacuum limit covers common vacuum gauge and transmitter ranges. One unit handles the full bench check — vacuum, atmospheric, and pressure points — without swapping test equipment.
